Return Policy — Ludowika
Important Notice — Only U.S. orders are eligible for Ludowika return services. At this time, we do not accept returns for orders shipped to customers outside the United States.
Eligibility for Returns
- Ludowika will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.
- Exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order (based on tracking delivery date).
- Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the return request to qualify for a full refund.
- For split-package orders, the 7-day window begins from the final package delivery date.
Conditions
- Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.
Processing
- Please allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive your returned package for processing.
- Ludowika will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned:

- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates & lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
