2. Shipping Rates & Timeframes

Standard Shipping

• U.S. Products: 2–5 business days.
• Overseas Products: 5–10 business days.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise noted.
• Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

4. Shipping Delays & Exceptions

• Expedited or overnight shipping is not available through Ludowika's standard service.
• Delays may occur due to carrier service issues, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Overseas shipments may take longer than estimated due to customs processing, local postal services, or import regulations.

5. Multiple Packages & Split-Shipments

• If your order is shipped in multiple packages, delivery times are considered based on the final package’s delivery date for certain policies (e.g., returns).
• You may receive shipping charges for each package based on its weight and destination.

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

• Please double-check your address before placing an order.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may be required to resend.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
